You can inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s any issue, you may return it directly with the courier. Please note that partial acceptance for orders containing two or more items is only available if you contact us before your order is confirmed, so we can notify the courier accordingly.

You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, as long as all items are in their original condition.

Once the return is completed, the order amount will be refunded via Instapay or any preferred electronic wallet, with the return shipping fee deducted.
